Your pet’s rabies’ tag is an identification tag! When your pet comes to the Monroeville Pet Hospital to receive a rabies’ vaccination, you’ll receive a rabies’ tag which has engraved upon it our hospital name, phone number, and a unique rabies’ sequence number that identifies your pet; and provided your information with the hospital is up to date, you will be notified when your pet has been found, should your pet ever become lost.

To keep your pet “found” (and legal) it is always a good idea to attach your pet’s rabies’ tag to your pet’s collar.
